I am having trouble with my heals.
My Area Stim Cs are coming out with 650 base heal. My Range Stim Ds are coming out with ~750 base heal. I am using final resources all with 900+ oq and high in other stats. My subcomponents are Adv LS 135, Adv CRDM 35 and Adv Bec 17 power with 13 charges. These were all handmedowns from a Doc friend that quit.
Why are my range stims only a bit better than my areas?

Your Adv CRDM is quite low... find a master Doc to make some kick ass ones

Well 100 points on a stim is a lot more than just a "bit" better, really. At the worst you are getting 100 points more out of the stim, but at the top end the separation probably comes out closer to200 or 300. The variability makes pretty hard to see, though.
However, I let's see what we can do to find a way to improve.
Are you using the exact same resources and components in both your AoE and your Ranged stims?
If not, what are the OQ, PE, UT and DR ratings on those resources?
What bar are you experimenting on, primarily, on your stims?
What would the max experimental percentage appear to be for each of those stims on the bar you are experimenting on?
