OK, I originally planned to be a MCM when I bought this game, but ended up Master Doc and loved it. I've gone through several professions and now am going back to try MCM. However, I won't give up Master Doc, so I am limited with what combat support I can get to complement the two classes.

I do like to pvp however.

How is Master Doc/Master CM/Marksman 0404 in pvp? Solo PVP? Group PVP?

Thoughts/ideas/suggestions?

Thanks!

Ideally all you need to use single target poison C packs for CM is 0-0-0-4. With 0-4-0-4 you can use C packs and mind heal and I believe single target disease. You cant use AOE C packs, just single target ones. I know people that do it, but make sure you have a good poison supplier and ranged stim supplier.

I used to like this combo before the +1 nerf. However in PVP, you will be limited in your accuracy and damage to even try to do that last point of damage. It makes a great PVE support template, but it will take some time to build up PVP skill using this template.

I suggest MCM, Doc 0440, Pistol 0304,,,,

I have MD/MCM/Marksman 1/4/1/4 (picked up 1 box each of rifles and carbines just because it was the only way I could spend the remaining 4 SP). My days of soloing high level PVE missions are gone (can't even get a difficult mission from the terminals with this template), but I am VERY effective at supporting a group in PVP or PVE. The best aspect when it comes to PVP is that I can take down other CMs with no trouble (a big plus in base defense) and still have the same impact on opposing groups that any other CM has. One on one, it's not a great template (except against other CMs) though I can handle commandos with no trouble thanks to my doc buffs and injury treatment speed. TKA/docs can take me every time, unless I'm lucky. All told, I have a lot of fun with this template. The self buffing is a big advantage as it allows me to max my mind stats and make up for the others with buffs.

For more flexibility (at the cost of a bleed), pistol 3 and rifle 3 is a nice combo. The main downside to this (or rifle 4, carbine 1, pistol 1) is that you don't really have enough accuracy to land a /headshot2 against a defense stacker anyway. For now, disease will get around this.
