Thread: CM combat??
I mastered Combat Medic and went out and purchased these CM meds:
Health Area C: Poison Disease
Potency: 121 128
Effectiveness: 230 102
Duration: 257 877
Mind Area C: Poison Disease
Potency: 146 134
Effectiveness: 187 107
Duration: 282 737
I then sought out a Picket on Dantoonie, and proceeded to throw all of the Health/Mind meds I had on it, It’s HAM bars dropped a little but it kept attacking, finally I had to use my Carbine to kill it. (which I could have done anyway without the disease/poisons)
Did I misunderstand the point of a CM, or are the meds I’m using suck?

230 eff poison = 460 damage every 10 seconds (46 dps)
one minute = 2760 damage
10,000 HAM (estimated) / 2760 = 3.6 minutes
CM meds are only effective against mobs with around 90+ global resists. Only then will your dps be able to match another elite/hybrid combat class. Unfortunatly this also applys to pvp with every player in 90% armor and 4k HAM. This is why people cried nerf, because a class with medic in their name could in most cases outdamage another. Players also didnt like the fact our meds require advanced medicines to cure (prima guid pg 300).
AoE Poison C ticking at 460 per 10s (46 DPS)
Single Poison Cticking at 600 per 10s (60 DPS)
AoE Poison B ticking at 300 per 10s (30 DPS)
It works, though takes forever.
With my primary character I can kill a picket in about 5s with a carbine or pistol. If really bored I'll use a LLC lol.
