Just need to know. If any CM/Rifleman post please tell me the best species for rifleman.

Humans have the best capacity for high mind, and therfore are the best species for your template.

1300 Mind

800 Focus

650 Willpower


Between Mind Buffs and Brandy you can have a huge mind w/ a descent Focus...enough not to have to worry about mind costs.

Even in my full stun comp suit w/ +111 Mind Buff and +106 Music buff and 2x 450Brandies i'm covered.


Humans can have 1000/1000/1000 but with maxed at 1100/900/900 so your secondaries are higher but only Iths can match the max mind capacity.
