first tip of the day... don't make poisens, make poisons. this will go a loooong way...
as what what to make, whatever you want? although I don't see the point of using spider venom on anything less than poison Cs (single or area).

Mind Poison Single C - approx stats would be 550 eff
Mind Area Poison C - approx power would be 450 eff
AND..... you can stack them both on a player for a grand total of approx 1000eff (a mcm would tick out for 2000 damage)
DO NOT put them in a disease. Why? Because its over kill, you can get a decent disease made with basic venom that will tick pretty hard.

I actually have to disagree on this one. I have sets of poisons made with venoms where I have the following:
single C
area C
single B
area B
single A
area A
All of these can be stacked together for a MASSIVE tick, although rarely in pvp will you use all 6, but against some things in PvE they can prove to be useful. On the A's, the only reason why I make those is because they only require 1 spider venom (if memory serves correctly...please correct me if I'm wrong) and if you had a set of venoms, it's better to use that last one up on something useful. At the very least, I would recommend:
Single C
Area C
Area B
(a Single B and Area A can help).
May not be as powerful, but in pvp, being able to stack 2 area poisons (or even better, 3) can REALLY make a difference. However, on the lower-level things, use base venoms, only use high-power ones on C's. I'm a bit odd as well though, because I always use rancor bile (severely limits my throwing distance), and I also put venoms in diseases just because I like the huge tick (which may require more cures to completely get rid of it). Hehe, nothing like having a mind, focus, AND willpower disease on someone and just watch it black out all of them as they run away or try to cure it.

For Area Poisons, putting in venom in area B's is awesome for stacking. One thing I realized when I made an A w/ rancor bile was that my AE was only 6 meters after experimentation. Not much AE there, but when you have only one 365 power bottle of venom that someone gives you for free, what else are u suppose to make it into?
So I have a nice little health poison combo for pvp w/ an 800'ish tick area A and a 900 tick area C. On reason for health is b/c on Gorath, I roll w/ jedi and it seems that all we end up fighting is jedi. Makes it easier for my group to kill the opposition.

Yeah, I've been hunting the spider non-stop for the last week for that reason: I have no venom health poisons. I've accumulated 50 venoms, so it's time to go to work now on making some health bombs.

Yeah in regards to the disease though, its over kill to do that when you can do jsut the same with a lesser power venom. remember if they have battle fatigue they will more than likely get blackbarred on the first tick.

If it takes you more than C's and a single B to kill a person you might want to rethink your crafting strategy.
Maximize that poisEn by using it for single and area C's. The single alone makes Jedi wet their robes. Stacked with an area is just deadly. Thats ALOT of force to cure off two poisons (and you can throw on non-enhanced health or actions to stave off their ability to cure it all off).
1k tick poisEn from a single C on a regular player is fatal. Stacked with an area and they better hope their doctor is competent and has some really nice cures with them.
In real PvP terms, there is no point to having A packs. If its taking you that much to kill someone then its probably not going to help. People who cure are beaten by stacking non-enhanced health/action poisEn's. If you can't keep up with those cures then you have to rely on another strategy.

What I've done with the diseases though is typically use base venoms in an Area C disease, and experiment in other areas, such as potency, range, or area of effect. But I won't lie, there's been a time or 2 where I couldn't resist making a massive-tick disease. Also in large-scale PvP fights, I don't find it practical to throw singles, so all I use are Area poisons. I usually throw an Area C Poison, Area C Disease (so taht those that run might be stopped in their tracks) then an area B. After the Area B, I may go back and throw an Area C to re-apply what might be partially cured.
