How would I do with this template. All opinions appreciated. Please leave flames at home.

Master Medic
Scout (Exploration 4, Hunting 1)
Pistoleer (Master Pistol Marksmanship, Master Pistol Special Abilities)
2 points leftover... maybe Scout Survival 1 to make camps in a pinch?
Im in a very nice PA, so supplies arent really an issue at this time.
Any ideas appreciated.
Why master? Ranged heals at 60+ m?!
hopefully fixed DoTs Cs?
and dont forget +10 terrain negotiation (ok thats a joke )
My plan,
Master Medic (done)
Ranged Support Specialist(done)
Pistol Specialist (done)
Novice Pistoleer (done) HealthShot 2 is the only reason I got this. The extra points toward general pistol use, aim, speed, etc are just bonus.
Novice Scout, Exploration III (done) for keeping up with the rest of the squad aswe're on the move in rough terrain and harvesting my own meat, if I need it.
Master Combat Medic (in progress)
Novice Doctor, Master Med Craft and Master wound treatment (in progress) For getting the extra experiment points for the doc med components and most importantly--Revive Player. I've got Resus kits with a required med use skill of 53, so without putting a point into Doc Med knowledge, I should be able to revive players.
Once all of that's done, i have 3 extra points to play with.

hmmm CMs that have the best components which means that they make the best packs possilbe and they rez....and are self sufficient..
i will probably drop survey to 4 and keep artisans so i can place harvesters...
then either get pistoleer or raise med use in doc line to med 4 for upper level buffs depends on how much they improve dots...
Im going for Master CM (skills are currently 4/1/2/2)
And perhaps Master Pisoleer(novice with 1 skill slot used)
Tho i may decided to keep more of my scout skills and not master pisoleer.
Reason: Combat Medic was my first choice becauseI love being able to heal , but at the same time didnt want to stay in the med center all the time. My group-mates love me. But also I do go out solo often, so I needed some firepower so I just went pistoleer sense i got pistol specialist while getting ranged support exp.
However know im finding scout to be very useful for terrain negotiation and harvesting corpses for meds.
dont make the assumption that doctors were meant to stay in the med center...if they were they wouldnt have revive, healstate or cure abilities...
CM is about damage healing and no one does it better, faster or more effectively
Combat Medic is more what i was looking for than docs. Sure they go out in the battle sometimes, but are better before the battle and after the battle. Not during the battle, like CM. I didnt mean to imply docs only stay in the med center.(tho some do)
I really doubt they will fix our DoTs. If anything it's way lower in the priorities. They're all over the place trying to make people do *less* damage not more. Sure, they'll probably fix the resist rates... but will they change the 2393 different resources they need? and the very poor damage rating of the poisons? or the 'only for griefing' effects of the diseases?
Sadly, I'm not so sure.
A melee fighter should be nowhere even close to a rifle-user on the battlefield ![]()

lol melees are basically dying out...ull notice more people shifting to pistols (which are hands down the best weapons in the games looking at the various skills that you can get with them in the different professions) or rifleman. I have grped with less and less melee types since the beginning of the game because many of the people thatwere melee did it for smuggler or commando.
Also if the rifleman is playing right there is no need to heal him since he should be basically mind shoting which drains heavy mind and not H or A...thus u cant even heal the rifleman
