You can get a Disease tick for a TON, and a posison, add in the Fire dot u'd be ownin
Although this would only work w/ otha peeps in group IE satckers/tankers
And is manly PvE

Very weak. You're better off going pike where you can get a MIND fire pike to supplant your poisons much easier than say fencer or TK. Most Commando's are there to use Imp. Det.'s to grind Jedi. PvE critters dont care about fire DoT's. Remember, having 3k HAM vs. 50k HAM is a big difference. At least with Pike you would have the ability to do multiple roles.
Of course that CM would be one who couldn't craft his own and would have to spend alot of cash on his disposable packs. And alot of the time those aren't cheap.
I delight in looking at some of the CM vendors "top" items they sell for millions then look at my comparable or better homemade items and cackle. 
- you can take anything off, poisons, fires, intimidate, etc
- you can put on dots, stacking poisons as high as you want.
- and since you can take intim and stun off, the counterattack works like a charm.
- pop a LS psg on and jedi stand no chance.
- Brandy, Parawan Nutricake, synsteak, protein waffers, thakitilo, vercupti, all you need

Try my master rifle/doc 4030/cm 4004 template....while I'm holding my 277 mind fire tusken. Sometimes it almost feels like cheating

intimidate breaks dodge in addition to the 50% damage redox. if you cant hit someone chances are they prolly arent intimidated.
And hey, if you come to wanderhome I will help you setup that template of yours so that I can beat ya. Heck I'll tumble for ya, give you some dodge clothing,and give you a 427-498stun baton (w/ pup)
I already did it to a 4004cm/3000doc/master fencer, a 4004cm/3000doc/Mswordsman, etc all who were using 460-525eff mind poison Cs made by myself.
Vis is the fighter on wanderhome, so like on the price is right "come on down!" lol

Sure you're not confusing it with "stun" states. So far everyone thats tested it has come back with the same results.

what is the point of dots if A) you encounter a doctor, and B) you cant stay alive long enough to incap em. Tossing 1000+ power poison is nice, but I guarantee you that my template above will beat anyone.

You would be better off with 4030 doc. At least then you could cure disease. The added MU from 3 to 4 is not really needed for single cures.
In fact, I would suggest going 4004 cm, 2010 doc. This would give you higher eff CM so your ticks will be much better. It will also give you enough MU to use good single poison cures (you dont need 90MU).
The down side to any such template is lack of def. You have to get rather lucky to time your fight well enough to allow you to eat all that you listed. The odds are good your thak will run out and you will get kd -db.
