Ok im a Master Doctor & Master Fencer right now. I was thinking on going Doc & CM with pistol 4. What do
you all think?
How hard is CM to master?
How do you make some bad a$$ poison?

If you are already a master doctor, it should be rather easy to master combat medic. If nothing else, you can run around Coronet giving away +2K buffs for experience (or get people to pay you for them), and get Master Combat Medic in a day or two.
For crafting medicines, it will be very difficult for you to if you with pistols 4c I believe you will not have SP for artisan (to survey) or scout (to harvest insect meat). You are likely better off finding a combat medic who sells medicines, and buying a small crate or two, rather than trying to harvest and craft your own.
As for "is MCM/MD/pistol 4 a good PvP template", off hand it sounds reasonable, but I do not PvP, so am not sure if it is any good or not. I see nothing especially wrong with it, but I do not know how valid pistols 4 is in a PvP battle (or any level 4 novice marksman skill track for that matter).

you would be easy to kill but incredibly useful to anyone you pvp with.

Yep, basically in pvp you would be a kamikaze bomber or a poison/disease healer, or both depending on how close the cloner is 
oh and don't forget the mad buffer when you get a chance
