Greetings Everyone,

I am a new Master Combat Medic, I am a little confused on what the statistics on and how Poisons/Disease work. If someone would be so kind as to explain it to me, It would be greatly appreciated.

thanks,

Poisons do damage to yourPrimary Stats. They can be made in AE or single versions with 3 types to each (A,B,C) The different pools can be specifically targetted and different classes of poisons can be stacked to each pool. So an AE C poison can be stacked with an AE B as well as a Single C or Single B etc. 2 CMs throwing 2 single C poisons at the same target will not stack. Poisons will not incap and only do damage to +1 of a pool even while buffed.

Diseases do wound damage to any stat, primary or secondary. They can also be made in AE or single versions with 3 types to each and are stackable in the same way as poisons. As with poisons, 2 CMs tossing the same type of disease on the same target will not stack. The wound damage will not go past +1 of the base stat. Take a player with a base health of 400 and buff him for 2000 to 2400.A Health Disease that tics for 200 a tic on that player won't tic for more than -399 total wound damage.

There is one thing to note on diseases. Higher BF will multiply the disease tic. I have used a 180 tic health disease on a player with an 800 health pool while he had 300ish BF. The disease tic took him to -799 on the first tic. I don't know what the formula is to figure out what damage will be but as you can see from this example, high BF is not a good thing to have when facing a CM.

The combination of disease and poison will incap a player. Whether or not this is a bug is not an issue I care to discuss. The point is that at this time it will incap. What happens is that disease will cause wounds to your current pool at the same time poison is damaging the total to +1. If a player can keep his mind above the tic rate of the disease he will live. If at any time the mind falls below the tic rate of the disease then death is inevitable.
