Lets use a few samples here and you tell me how well they have worked for you.

One. fighting spawns in the sennex cave, gen cave, and the vette.
Two. fighting rancors,nightsisters,mountain clan.
Three. Fighting a Krayt dragon.

Im new to cm and just wanted to know how good it is in pve and about how long does it take for poisons, and disease to kill things on its own.

poisons and diseases are a nice complement to an Elite fighting class like TKM that has no DoTs of its own.

it also can help with pool specific attacks (like Rifleman or Swordsman mind pool attacks, or Pistoleer's Health pool attacks)

on their own, they are not NEARLY powerfull enough to use as a 'main' weapon. in other words do NOT count on even high-level poisons and diseases to do most of your damage for you in PvE

that being said, take a look at my sig and you will see that i use CM in conjunction with an Elite combat profession and i LOVE having the combination of the two for PvE

They are great for things with high resists to all, such as krayts and dark jedi masters.

I've used them in places like the corvette and used them frequently against the bigger mobs like Krayts, Kimos, NS groups and the vette. One thing you may find annoying in places like the vette is the possibility of a constant agro on your since an area attack for CM goes through floors. Once nice thing about it though is if you've tossed a couple area diseases and long lasting poisons is you come across a few 1 hit kills you weren't expecting towards the end of the vette. As for the big NS groups, a stacked area attacked followed by a single stack on each will allow you to kill them one at a time instead of doing area attacks to them......if nothing else, it will help the person that comes after you die to find the group with little to no HAM.
