at 4004 you will be able to use C power - 75cmu (Combat Medic Use) poisons, diseases and ranged stims as your most powerful. you'll be able to use both the area and single variety of each. this makes for some GREAT staking power with your poisons as you will of course be able to use the A nd B varieties of each as well.
regular stims cannot be used at range. you have to use ranged stims for that.

See, that's what I thought I had read, but last night I went to a Vendor and looked at some C area poisons and they were level 95...is that right?

yes you could have seen poisons with 95 cm med use. MCM have med use 100 but 4004 or more specifically xxx4 CMs have CM med use 75. You may need to shop around a bit to find a vendor selling toys you can play with or you may even need to make special requests from the CM crafters.

What will be the best I can use for mind poisons and ranged healing? Also, if I understand right, normal stims can't be used for any kind of ranged healing...correct? I apologize for the newb questions, but I've just kind of jumped into this profession.

yes often times i will make requests of a particular master combat medic on my server.
