1) yes poison disease is stackable + a area and a single can be placed on as well for example .. a area mind poison/single mind poison/area disease/single mind disease + the other 2 pools same sets
2) poison disease can only kill in pvp as it makes it tick below 0, in pve it will just tick to 0
3) sorry cant help you with this, it confuses me as well i will ask a friend of mine who has been cm for awhile and find out for ya

four questions I hop someone know the answer to
1) Can I stack poisons and diseases on all thee HAM bars ar once?
2) Can poison or desease actually kill anything or I always have to give one last shot with my rifle for example?
3) How do I work out the range of my poison (I am master CM)
4) Can I drag one PvE type from a group with a posion and will others (other than target) agro me if I area posion.

That is my experience with area poisons. Only the one you target for the area agros.... until it dies, I used to seam to draw another one after the next tick.... not sure on that though, may have just been too close to the mobs.
