Upcoming Patch notes for Combat medics
Combat Medics
Added the healMind command for Combat Medics. This enables the Combat Medic to restore mind pool damage at the cost of mind wounds to himself.
Changed the attribute weightings on combat medical components to fix a problem where it was not possible to get resources to fill all of the requirments. These items now use decay resist and quality for determining experimentation.
Changed the area of effect selection logic on combat medic attacks to exclude dead and incapacitated targets.
Moved the schematics for combat medical components to the combat medic skill tree.
Combat medical components now use combat medic experimentation and assembly for crafting purposes.
Added an additional 10 Combat Medic Effectiveness to the Ranged Healing Distance branch so that total effectiveness equals 100.
Advanced Resilience Compounds should be craftable
Woot!!
I will finally be about to make ARCs and the AOE disease pack will be usable.

Any idea on the ratio of mind wounds the CM will take vs the amount of mind damage he heals will be? This may not even be worth the trouble... No way am I going to inflict mind wounds on my self to heal some shmuck's mind damage. This will be a very very very very vey RARE occurance when I need him to keep me alive. I will never do this when a BH is spamming EYESHOT by the way... that would be giving the BH even more POWER... "Gee I shoot the CM's friend with eyeshot, and it's like I'm giving that CM mind wounds!"
If healing mind damage did mind damage to the CM, that would be much more reasonable... but mind wounds is just lame.
I have done a mind heal from 500 on the low end to 1100 on the high end
the wounds taken depend on how much BF you have, at 0 BF you will receive about 50 wounds to each of the mind stats per use of /healmind. At 200 BF you will receive over 100 wounds to each of the mind stats per use of /healmind so find a good entertainer and bring them along if you are doing a raid.

Do you gain BF when you use /healmind?
i'm a human with 800/400/700 in mind stats, and i'm getting 9 BF per /healmind....
oww, i just incapped myself with it. owwww.... *rubs head*
seems that it let me heal with the amount of mind i have, butbefore the wounds are inflicted. so i just incapped myself
hope that's a bug...

Huh? Pappi, can you please elaborate? Are you saying that you are able to incap yourself with wound damage (ie:all 800 points of your mind pool is blacken)?
If so, how can you recover?

LOL, that is just too rich ![]()
So we will no longer be able to incap other players with our attacks ... But we can certainly incap ourselves with our new ability? Oh, that is just incredible.
No real point to this point, just couldn't resist pointing out the irony ![]()
