I have a Skill-Enhancement Tape that I may be willing to part with, for the right price. Reasonable offers or possible trades will be entertained. The enhancements are as follows:

Combat Medicine Use: 25

Intimidation: 25

Skill tapes work right...but "med use" tapes do not actually allow you to use better medicines.
