If you think poisons and diseases have no value (even with the dot change), feel free to drop combat medic. Or, cut back as you don't need to spend all 63 points to get most of the benefits of terrain negotiation or area stims.
I would never suggest that anyone stay master in an elite class that doesn't provide them adequate value for 63 skill points.
