(hope this isn't a re-hash of known issue - i try to keep up with the posts but some get by me)

on 10/03/03, i crafted my first batch of AreaHealth Disease Delivery Unit - Cand was amazed at the results! the range, potency and effectiveness were about what i expected - disappointing - but the required use level was astounding: 543!! when i attempted to use it, i got the standard error msg which states my skill level (100) is not adequate to use it. hmm... what to do now?

if this is a known issue, please advise when/if we will see a fix.

very old bug that should be fixed with next weeks patch (assuming they get cities and mounts fixed by then)
