Are ranged healing attatchments useful or do CM's cap out at master?

all cm ca's are broken except exp.

Well I am going to hang on to my attatchment until after the Combat Revamp to see if they fix some of this stuff or not. Thank for your reply

Well Assembly also "works", but just like with all crafting professions, assembly bonus are a bit hard to notice.
