Ok guys I"m new to CM. So far i've been master Fencer/scout/medic/doctor/ranger/swordsman/pikeman and now this. Yet i'm confused to high heavens with what to do with it now.
Is there a calculator like the doc buff one that shows what a player can make using certain resources?
Is there a page that shows what is important in each resource used?
I'm wanting to start making some mind poison, area poison, and disease packs. I've never really crafted anything before because i've always jut bought my buffs as my guild leader makes em better than I can. Can someone give me a quick breakdown of what materials I want? Are the materials even really that important or can you make some good stuff using regular materials? I'm going to have to get shopping so I can get factories cranking
Thanks very much fellas.

Check out the FAQ sticked at the top of the page...it will answer most of your questions. As for crafting, advanced components are a must and I am still working on getting better CM resources after a year and a half. Some of my best resources spawned over 400 days ago, many are not listed on swgcraft because they are so old. (Isawa titanium aluminum comes to mind, still have 8k of that stuff)

Well i was reading through that and i'm confused... Why are their maxes on some of the resources? Like a max dr of 600? does that mean i want one close to zero?

Why are there caps? Who knows. On our sub components your looking for as high Overall Quality and as high Decay Resitance as possible.
Our final product uses Overall Quality, Potencial Energy, Conductivity, and Decay Resistance.
A good guide to crafting can be found Here.
If you still have more questions ask.
