Like what drops, where can I harvest?

SInce it's a flora, it is always available, on all 10 planets. So if vendors don't have any, I would recommend going to each of the 10 planets (easy if you have JTLS), sample the local fungus, and place some flora harvesters on whichever planet has the best fungus.

I bet if you use the galaxy vendor search, you will find plenty of quality fungus for sale.
