i was wondering if anyone knew where u can harvest this stuff, cus i cannot find any what so ever

I beleive you cannot find any because their isnt any availabale on Gorath right now. You have three options
1. Wait, it is a rare resource but will pop up again at some point although no guarantees on quality.
2. Visit your trade forum and try and see if anyone has stocks of old deposits (Unlikely I am thinking)
3. Try and buy a vet award that gives you 30k of free resource, or maybe you qualify for one yourself.

yeah..here on shadowfire the last class 1 radio was 8 months ago...now since pub 14 went in saying "rare" resources would spawn more..we have had 2 shifts of it...silliness i say

keep your eye on the bazaars too, as one mans junk is another mans riches! im only saying that as i got 150k units of class 1 for 36k off the bazaar a while ago

Have you tried a survey droid at all?
I haven't used one for ages but if i remeber correctly then you can scan for resources by just letting the little rascal go.

Feel sorry for you.
Temepst just had a 2.5 day spawn of Class one, near perfect too.
Dropped two heavy Rad processors on it. Felt nice.

use the new vendor search...man it rocks for shopping for resources 
keep an eye to your trade forums too... alot of docs are offloading their resources (at least on Starsider) a few might have some good CM resources tossed in for good measure

Spawned from the 19th to the 21st. At least the deposit I had it on died on the 21st
Okay, so near perfect was a bit of an exaggeration, but when you have none at all, this is pretty cool.

Some resources are definitely hard to find. Best just to wait it out, you can't rush with crafting
