The problem I, and most people have with CMs and other DoT's is that they last through multiple incaps, even if you kill the CM, his poison will ravage you for 5-10 minutes or more.

Why not just make poison wear off when you become incaped? This way the CM can still use his primary weapon to incap you, AND if you do defeat the CM you can be poison free after your incap hehe.

Personally I think this is a really short cut way to handle poison. In the end the only people this effects are CM's with no combat skills ...

Because then you can get a freind to incap you as a form of "cure" for one. It also makes experimentation on the duration of a poison useless as well. It also means the posoins would have a lot less "sting" than they do and, in effect, they would then be far too weak.

What's the use of making a poison that will last for a good 3-4 minutes if instead of forcing you to deal with either contantly trying to heal (all of this assuming a Doc isn;t aroudn to cure, of course) or being extremely vulnerable to going incap if going incap is the end-all cure to poison? And what they heck would Docs need a Cure Poison for if you can just incap cure it? THat would seem to be the contention against just letting poisons drop on incap.

I wish there was a better solution then this *shrug* what it would be though I have no idea....
