I hear that this has been fixed on the Test Center.. but what i am interested in knowing is how this part has effected the poisons?
on average poisons tick about 400-500 but are there now super strong poisons/diseases that do even more damage?

I really wish I had an answer for you, all the TC down time has been limiting my patch note easter egg hunt. I promise I will have some information to give you when I get back into TC.

It will be rough to tell with the resources I have, but maybe a comparison of one pack without the ARC and one with the ARC will give you all an idea.

well i'm hoping that once this new part is fixed poison will be useful in PvE
