Of course, these same people could've simply purchased some food and had resists to poison AND disease at the same time...but that requires a bit of forthought...

Heh, thinking? What's that? It's simply easier just flapping their mouths on the other profession's forum board.

why did they have to stop? why not kill the combat medic FIRST, then get healed?

if they all had time to stop combat and ask to be healed, then they all had time to continue combat and pop off at least a few shots (same time it took to type a request to be healed) before the poison or especially the disease started to take effect. if it was disease, the things tick once every 40 seconds...nearly a minute.

Dude seriously QUIT posting the same things over and over and over. What, once you get a post off the main page you have to post again? There are already tons of posts about this kind of nonsense.

Oh, and try using some sentences and paragraphsnext time they are your friend. You should at least make an effort to use the education your parents worked so hard to provide for you.

None of you have responded to truth, you have trashed it and insulted me instead, riduclous nonsense. The rebel took off, burst run or not im not sure, or could have had a speeder handy, anyways, he was immediately outside of firing range, for right in fron of the cantina in Coronet is a big generator area, that nobody can fire through.

Then he was using the terrain to his advantage. That had nothing to do with being a combat medic, just him being a smart PvPer. It would be the same as if he started a mind bleed on you as a riflemen, then ran away until you bled to death.

Learn how to play against Combat Medics, then you can stop complaining. Combat medic is NOT the uber-profession. The people who thinks so are just ignorant.

Jawa Ion Rifle with a max damage of 291 with a 16% max damage PUP does 338 damage. Place this rifle in the hands of a Master Rifleman which can fire the rifle once per second and inflict 250-400 damage per shot even against a composite helm with a 21% stun protection.

Now you have a Master Combat medic with a single mind poison C which does 650 per every 10s.

In PvP the bulk of the combatants are either Master Rifleman, Master Swordsman or Bountyhunters with lines in the pistoleer tree. Generally many of these Rifleman and Swordsman have some Doctor skills or are Master Doctors.

Now with the new poison/disease resist food in play, which does provide an effective countermeasure, further increasing ones ability to resist poison/disease. Combine this with some AA or SEA providing the same resists, once can become highly resistant to poison/disease. Blue milk, brandy and if you have some of the mind food from before publish 6 you have rather good chance to survive a Master Combat Medic's poison/disease.

If you are wondering I do hold 2 master titles in elite melee professions and master brawler, call it defence stacking I for all care, but even if they remove this I shall still hold those master titles. As these provide a broad range of attacks and defences regardless if the defences stack.

My alt is a Master Combat Medic and Master Doctor, and I do see both sides of the fence. A Master Combat Medic for the points invested should be treated with respect it is extremely hard to gather the required resources and create those poisons/diseases every cries nerf over. The moment a member of the opposite side notes a Combat Medic, the hunt is on. There have been several times where the moment I have used an AoE Stim to save my fellow guild members I have been hunted down and insulted and griefed. Griefed as in incapped 3 times to ensure I endure decay on my items.

Continue to scream for a nerf on Combat Medics, either way I shall continue to be one and find ways to drop your mind with a poison.

Mind Bleed, I can mind bleed really that is interesting, considering the mind bleed dmg is 1/10th of what it use to whearas your remains the same, hmm. Dont EVEN Bring that up. The Entire reason I chose rifleman swordsman was to have fun in pve, when I started pistoleers ruled pvp, not rifleman, and definitely not swordsman. I chose them to use bleeds on creaturs, and it was good fun. Now they have taken that away from me, because commandos ruin stuff for everyone. So do you guys, but the devs dont notice, adn really dont care. COMPARE, the admirable and awesome food giving +50 knockdown defense, to your +20 Disease defense. The entire concept of foods is complete nonsese in PVP, for in most situations, you do not know what you are facing, so taking whatever is completely useless, and a waste.
