Thread: Mind heal limitation method

I was thinking about combat medic's mind heal ablity the other day, and dont keep up with the boards as much as I'd like to. But, Instead of giving you mind wounds why couldnt it be kinda like a downer or somthing that last's 3 minutes or so, then goes back to normal stats. I think that's basically how 'spices' work, as well as the force choke or somthing like that.Thissystem would limit the ammount of mind heals you could do in short periods of time, but not limit them completly untill you get your wounds healed.What do you guys think?

it's just OKAY how it is in my opinion. But, there's always room for improvement, right?

I'd rather have the mind wounds. As it stands i can heal a small groups mind by myself and a large groups mind by feeding off another combat medic. I would rather spend some time with a dancer then to limit that ability to the extend that your proposal suggests.

IMHO, I think it's perfect as is. I use it only in extreme emergencies when a friend gets incapped(or close to)inbattle.

I like it the way it is. My guild knows it has been a long tough enjoyable night if i return with 1point of mind Focus and Willpower. That means I was there for them. Food and Moun tide me ovre until I get to an entertainer. My guildmates are always willing to share any muon or Food that they have if I run out. They support me knowing that if their mind goes, i am there.
