Problem: In PvP a CM can poison/disease multiple charachters with one shot. A doctor has to individually cure each of those. A large scale PvP can have 10+ people getting hit with one CM attack. There is no way even 3-4 doctors can keep up with this many charachters, espcially considering range problems (people moving) and the fact that even if EVERYONE gets cured, all a CM has to do is throw it again.
Solution: Make it so doctor cures put a timer on the charachter that prevent further poison or disease.
The idea is that not only does a doctor's disease/poison get rid of the poison/disease currently on the target, but it prevents any further disease/poison (depending on which pack is applied) for a time based on the power of the cure.
In addition, the doctor cure can be used even when the target is not poisoned/diseased, but gives the target the resistance buff.

This idea isn't necessarily a bad one, though there are already ways to gain poison resistance (even a new food for it). It should ne pointed out that any doctor who even tries to keep a moderate or large sized group cured is probably going about things the wrong way. Doctors have to prioritize and make sure that certain group mates who are #2 priority for cures (the doc himself should be #1) are kept cured long enough to eliminate the CM threat, then turn to the rest of the group. Yes that means letting some in the group get down to 1 point of mind (assuming mind poison is used). Your own CM(s) should have gotten off a poison or 2 in that time to affect your enemies the same way. If your group has no CM, then you are at a disadvantage from the start, and that is as it should be. Doctors often make the mistake of trying too hard to keep an entire group cured before the enemy CM is killed. You also mentioned the problem of people moving around. If that is a problem, it's because the group is not disciplined enough. If you run away from your healer, you die.
