If you have some spare time and are bored, jump to the end of the forums and start poking around. Maybe around page 110 or 120. It's fun what concerned people back in the day. To see what they thought might happen, and how many of their fears were unfounded, and how many of their worriescame true (in particular the place of mind damage in PvP, as noted back in July/August).
Three interesting posts which caught my eye are:
(in the "good old days", the devs not only noted when issues were fixed in the patch notes, they went out of their way to inform people...)
("how are they gonna nerf us more?"... enough said)
(I'm tempted to tell the next person to mention gas masks "that is so last August"

Elenora was a very outspoken and progressive thinking CM....Unfortunately, if you are the nail that sticks up, sometimes you get hammered down.
Never had any real problems with him/her myself.

Never had a prob with El either...just seemed to go off the deep end a lot. But look who's talking

The amazing thing is looking back at the posts, Elenora was very much on the mark. The comments on mind damage, place of healing, poisons and diseases in PvP combat, etc are very much on the mark now, just they were said10 months ago. I wonder what people will say about us in 6 months (after the revamp hopefully)...
Hmm... must be a correspondent/ex-correspondent thing... what do the devs do to you in that forum?!?

I didnt mind her to much. Every morning I would read the cm forums and see her name every where and that drove me nuts.

Indeed, you had to be there to get an idea of who Elenora was. I tended to agree with what was said. I think he/she got way to much flak though.
