Conductivity is listed as affecting experimentation on several combat medic components (it affects Ease of Use, and Area Effect Range I believe), yetmost of the things we use to craft components with - reactive gas, radioactives, etc. - don't have any conductivity stat at all. Only the aluminum does.
This seems rather silly. Ease of Use and Area Effect Range are instantly gimped because experimentation uses a stat not present on either of the two resources used to craft the component.

Ya, I noticed this too and it seems odd, but I think the only material that will have the conductivity stat will be the metal casting for the ranged stim. Eg. Aluminum. But at least crafting is based off 66% OQ now, and thats great. You can get around the other stats fairly well with some 980+ OQ resorces.

Yeah, I hate this. It's ridculously stupid when considering the Advanced components have NO item tht has a conductivity rating on it. Stupid, stupid, stupid. Obviously they didn't make as close a pass of our schematics as those patch notes would suggest. Thanks for reducing the numbers of stats we have to look at, but c'mon! Give us stats we can actually USE based on the ingredients requested! Is that so much to ask for?

66% OQ and 33% conductivty (anyone else notice this is only 99% :smileytongue
should be changed to 66% Oq and 33% potential energy or decay resistance. That way we can aleast know which are the best resorces for the job.
