Thread: Instead of mind poison...

Instead of mind poison if we had a progressive state change poison like say.


First tick stun


Second tick intimidate


Third tick dizzy


fourth tick posture change


fifth tick kd


sixth tick apply bleed


etc...


and the order that the effects go in would be determined during crafting, i think this might get some of the nerf crys off our backs and be a really good weapon. Maybe not in place of the standard mind poison but in place of the aoe mind poison.


Just a thought, probably not gonna happen, if they take our AOE poison they won't replace it witch squat i bet

What I'd like to see is an optional spot in the poison or disease schematics to drop in another component. Depending on what ingredient added it would create one of the state effects like you mentioned.

I wouldn't worry about wanting to make changes because of mind poison. I expect the combat revamp will make mind no different than the other bars. We should probably wait and see what happens with that before seeing if mind damage is any kind of problem anymore. Not to mention the DoT revamp... that one kind of scares me. We'll just have to see.
