Thread: Looted Resilience Components BETTER than the ones I make?! Errrr?!?
I was messing around on the Bazaar today, looking for things to put in my house.
So I notice they have chemistry components on it, and I think "Lets see the kinda crap people are making these days lol."
Scrolling through, low power Infections, low range Dispersals, but then...
25 Potency, 60 Duration Resilience Compounds.
Sayyy.... what? 25 Potency is average, I make from 25-28 on Starsider so far with the resources we have. (We've never had Class1 Radio, so we're forced to use Non-Adv Res Comps.)
but the DURATION on this is 60! Mine is usually also around 20-25!
Soooo I think to myself ok maybe Class1 spawned!? But then wouldnt the Potency be higher?... So then I notice ALOT of these 25/60's and then it hits me, these are probably looted.
So I quickly buy up all the ones on the bazaar and then leave them all in my available items so I can see who technically still owns the item. All sorts of names. I begin messaging them all but none are online, except for 2. one says she put it up a LONG time ago and doesnt remember, but the other says she Looted it from a Maglock in the Kliknik Dungeon.
HmmmMmMm.... seems like there is alot of them there to all be coming from the Kliknik dungeon. Does anyone else have ANY idea what is up with this? Is there an easier way to get them?
I shudder to think of the duration on the disease packs Im going to make with these things...
I looted these off Tuskens, meatlumps, whatever. Duration I had on mine was 50 and some idiot told me it was worthless along with all looted resilience compounds. From now on I'll hold them.

25x60 is good for non advanced, but my ARCs come out at about 70x58 so this would be pretty worthless to me. Add in the fact that for advanced poisons and diseases you need at least 2 with the same serial number and you'll see this loot is only good for As and Bs.
Last point of worthlessness is the fact that with 25 base potency would put your product at a base of 50-60 potency after which you would need to waste points into ease of use, decreasing the overalleffectiveness.
Believe me...Making the Adv. Resilience Compounds really are better then the basics...
Mine are generally 45 Potency 58 Duration
Thats with around 150 DR and 900 OQ for the Tolium Gas and 400 DR 950 OQ for the Class 1 Radioactive
This is on Intrepid though
On a side note I've also looted the other two components and have made better with the Adv versions
Bah...wish there was an edit button but I also meant to say. Keep a sharp lookout for Class 1 Radioactive because with good Qualities for both materials you could probably double the stats on those looted Components. Plus it's too much of a Pain to camp spawns and wait for the loots that might not even have the same serials ![]()

Like I said, Starsider doesnt have Class1 Radio so we dont have advances.
And my Potency isnt 50-60 when I make the poison with a 26 Res Comp, its 85. I put one point into it and hope for an Amazing success. I dont mind using 99 Potency, I still barely ever miss.
But yes, it donned on me I need 2. /shrug Still trying to figure out the best use for these.
