How is the new HAM changes going to effect cm??

the specials (what used to provide in some cases nearly 90%) of ppl's wounds in combat are now going to be "regenerated" and not healabe with stims...so does this leave us with more time to fight and heal? or does it remove immediate need for ranged heals??
