What is a burn macro?

he has a macro where he flourishes or tumbles or whatever alot to use up action pool. you can then heal the damage and get experience quickly.

Not worth what he's charging to me, but its definately a quick way to advance.

Just put on composite armor and /tumbletostanding; /pause 1; /ui action toolbarSlot00;

Burns it up pretty **edit** quick.
