In therory You can stack a total of 18 Poisons with 18 deseases.... god that must be awfuly funny watching a night sister be hit by 36 bleeds total *laughs*
But in PvP be glad you can get 2 of the above off before you're grilled.

You can actually stack many other diseases as well. You forgot the secondary stat diseases. If you really want to know someone out of combat a while, poison their mind, focus and constitution stats and watch em squirm.
that is one of the things i like so much about the profession. it allows you to focus on whatever pools your secondary (if you are a Master CM) weapon focuses on.
Mind:
Rifle
Mind Poison
Mind Disease
Focus Disease
Willpower Disease
Action:
Carbine
Action Poison
Action Disease
Quicness Disease
Stamina Disease
Health:
Pistol
Health Poison
Health Disease
Strength Disease
Constitution Disease
of course you can use A, B and C of each type along with the mixture of AoE and Singles...and so on and so on.
Because we have NO defences of our own, and no damage mitigation and no weapon certifications of our own, it is nice to have something that makes us unique from the other classes (other than not having any defences, damage mitigation or weapon certs)
So to answer your question again YES cross stack to your heart's content (or until your mind pool drains and/or you get killed)
