Thread: Questions on mind heal
I find the skill to be very useful and necessary when a key member of the team has been rendered mind incap. Like the doc who rezzes people.
I'm willing to take on the mind wounds and the BF for the team. With our guild's chef cranking out BE brandy, I can keep my mind pool high enough to deal with 3-4 mind heals over the course of an evening hunt, even against peko peko albatrosses, as I did last Saturday.
However, lapdances after the hunt are mandatory!
I think that's how it was ment to be, mainly used for emergencies. While doing the Geo Cave the other day, during the early part someone was asking if anyone would Mind Heal him. I replied I would but only in emergencies and that it would be a lot better for the group to just resuscitate/drag him than mind heal him all the time. 2 and a half hours later after completing the cave (no Acklay =/) and on the way out I mind healed 4 times at the entrance. Ended up with 210-250 wounds in the three stats just from that but was easy enough to repair.
I think too many mistake it for a type of stimpack.
