They now only take you to 1 HAM only when combined together do they take you past 1 and into the negatives. This is verry true to realy life. Take 2 household cleaners Amonia and Clorine seperatly and they will make you sick. Take them at the same time and you are dead. (ok so they aren't used generaly as poisons but they aren't good for you and it is only a small point.)

Just an idea so feel me out. I'm sure the concept has been tossed around a bit, but here is my version.
First of all reduce the mind damage. Or, situate a way in which the ticks progress to the higher value. ie. Once you are hit, you get a few light damage ticks, enough for you to know you need medical attention, if you ignore it the symptoms get progressively worse.
Second, make it true to life chemical warfare. So in your arsenal you have posions and diseases which hurt, but are not overpowering...and...mixtures and devices which can create an AoE status effect, one that provides a better chance of sticking against stacked templates, and high level creatures. Some of these could be one target one shot, others could produce a cloud on a battle feild which hangs in that spot for a certain amount of time. BUT lets up the tactics, the model is there in the Geon lab, so the release of such a device could leave a cloud such as a tear gas (blind) which would effect ANYONE who goes through it. This would in effect change the CM's role from end-all, to an artillery like deliverance of effects which can quickly effect the onset of a firefight. Hell, even a phosphorous type smoke grenade ( - ranged to hit) would be extremely effective during a feint or retreat. Got a rifleman off in the cut that is harrasing your meele's, toss a can of tear gas at him. Looking at the dozen people blocking the enterance to your base? Mustard gas (dizzy)....Charge shot 2 anyone?
Options like that would be more creative, more fun (at least to the people who acctually like having fun more than bragging rights), and more usefull to the others in your group. What I wouldn't give to have a dizzy stand even a chance of sticking on Axkva Min. And would only bring the CM from it's group PvP dominance, to a support role that can still utterly devistate it's enemy and control the tide of a battle when used properly.
Yay'....Nay'?
Agree or flame away.
Tear gas would blind, stun, and or dizzy anyone that it came into contact with. Unless they had good resists to it.
These would require an insane amount of things to be carried at all times. Not to mention even more things we have to pay for to use. Think about it. Is it worth it to spend 100cr a person to have a small chance to dizy them? I don't think so. I would rather incapp them.
