Hi, our whole guild is thinking of taking up MCM.


Question #1: If5 of us throw mind poison/disease to tick for 1000,will that cause the victims to lose 5,000 mind damage per tick? (Just wanna know if poisons/diseases from different people on the same target stack).


Question #2: If there is any nerfing to CM in the future, has there been any word from the Devs as to when this might happen?

Answer #1) No. Only the largest tick.


Answer #2) There is no impending CM "nerf." There are still fixes that need to be implemented (such as the AoE through walls bug) if they can be, but the latest word from the Devs is that the CM profession is balanced as intended.

AOE through walls is working as intended.

AoE through walls is NOT working as intended. All AoE and cones go through walls...bullets, flamecone, lightningcone, etc. The Devs have not come out and said "this is working as intended", and by all intents and purposes seems a bug.


People justify it by saying that poisons and diseases can leak through non-airtight structures, but the coding for it seems quite weak. In addition, the Z axis knows no bounds for AoE and cone shots...thus poisonining and diseasing people from the inside of a base--quite the EXPLOIT.

no, wait, i saw this game... "pong" i think it was called. it was really easy to understand! maybe you could make swg more like pong! think of it! fast paced action! iconic characters! MORE FUN!
