Thread: How will the CM nerf effect poison/disease weapons

So will weapons that have poison and disease effects be subject to all the restrictions of the CM nerf. Has SoE commented about it. For although common sense would say they should... welcome to the work of SoE programming.



I mean hell. a preson with a flame mind disease weapon can dish out more mind wounds in one hit then i can in over a minute of applying diseases.

the new innoculations and cures are REALLY strong... if DOT weapons using poison and disease are affected by them (and I dont see any reason why they wouldn't be) this change as it stands has the capacity to change the face of combat quite a bit.... even with really strong poisons and diseases its hard to get past a decent innoculation...

There are also some griefing tactics, fraud possiblities and exploitable conditions (due to a current bug) that I see here...

The only DoT weapons that will hold any value will be MIND fire weapons. With the low potentcy that most of the looted had sticking the DoT was tough enough. With the innoc's they will be rendered useless.


No we just need the doc's to cry for an area fire suppression.
