Thread: If I went 4004 would poison C's that I bought from a master still be resisted alot?

The "effectivness" on the poison is what determines if the victim will resist it.

Actually, effectiveness is the amount of base damage the poison will do once it sticks.
Potency is related to how often it will be resisted (you usually want a potency around 90).
4-0-0-4 will allow you to use all single target poisons, but not area C's. You will get +75% (I think) to range and damage.

Assuming that the potency is decent (>85 should work), you shouldn't get a lot of resists. As mentioned, you will sacrifice some range and some damage by not being a master CM.
