Combat Medic Archive

I am new to Combat Medic and am slowly working through it after finishing up my Doctor skills. I am a little confused about the difference between poison and disease (other than it is harder for Doctors to cure disease). Is there an advantage to either of them and which are used in various situations (hunts, PVE, or PVP)?

well desease, for the most part, is worthless, UNLESS, you can keep your target alive and walkin wile deseased, sence desease causes wounds, its great for hit and run, i had a interesting use for it the other day, were some imperials were hiding in a house, and every once in a wile they would poke out and fire a shot or two, well every time they did, i deseased them, so they had no mind points wat so ever, accept for one who was a TKA, but other then that it prety much made the worthless, and full mind wounds are a pain to get rid off. Poisons i use all the time, PvP my area poisons are great, and singles for a single target do even more damage, all good stuff. But combat medics in general really suck at PvE, because we cant do any damage, because we dont have a bio rifle or anything. but if you have a fighting suporting class CM is great, but combat medic alone sucks in PvE

Will you people shhhooosh about the Bio-RIFLE we do not want a bio RIFLE. Do you know that right now implemented in the game you take 2.5 TIMES the damage if you have a rifle? Meaning that if something hits you for 600 points of damage you take 1500. Buffs or not your dead.

We want a Bio-PISTOL

LOL sounds like you got no skills as a CM then. I solo all the time with and without pet. I soloed all of the Act 2 badge. I can't take out Krayts but had no issues soloing missions on Endor prenerf (I haven'tgone back cuz the cash isn't worth the trouble) And let's not forget taking out ATSTs...

CMs can be pretty sick if you got the skills....
