More than likely it will happen to coinside with whatever change happens to adrenal boost. Remember, our debuffs are supposed to be a direct opposite of a doctor buff. Then again, there is no word on exactly how they are going to adjust the speed buffs other than a vague posting on the patch notes.
I'd hold off on all rumors and guesses of what should or should not happen until we know exactly what the dev's have done to what abilities.

They'd need to kill Warcry a bit, because warcry = Thyroid Rupture, except it lasts about 20 seconds and has practically no SAC (3% action and 1% mind i think)

yes. yes. excelent. And then they should really decrease the time on our snare. yes. its really too long. yes. oh yes. its just unbalancing. yes.

why cant they leave anything alone?? its always round robin, u nerf that, so u need to nerf this. darn it to underworld.
