Ok then. I can't say I've had much problem with debuffs vs anything, but I'm with you on the dots. They just don't have that great a chance to apply.

I almost never miss a debuff, but I can miss DoTs often... I'd suggest Enhancers and SEAs... otherwise I think low lvl CMs have bad sticking rates



Bring back the CU or at least Pre-CU... its better that this MMO Third Person Shooter bullcrap
