Most people who go MBH / MCM pick up one line of either Pistols (x4xx or xxx4), Rifles (4xxx), or carbines (x4xx). I've considered Rifles x4xx for conceal and sniper shot, though.

Sniper Shot is in the Sniping Tree (1xxx) not the tree with cover.

I am MCM / MBH / Novice Doc
I picked up doc for the bonus to healing (1500 per bacta shot) and for wound healing. I absolutely love my template.

He also has Bacta Jab, which is a great heal to mix in with Bacta Shot.

Yeah, Bacta Jab sucks bad. It only heals for more than half of Bacta Shot, takes a lot less mind, and goes off a lot faster.
Seriously, does anyone pay attention to more than just numbers in this game?

I would suggest Pistoleer xxx4. This will give you +40 more defense (ranged/melee) and will give you access to Stopping Shot. Personally I don't find myself using Stopping Shot much against Jedi but that extra defense is handy to have. I gotta admit though that I'm considering going up the sniping line of Rifleman in order to increase my prowess with a Rifle. Even full-template Knights have a nasty habit of running when they realize they're going to lose and I figure the rifle would do better and holding them within range while they run.

Actually the bacta jab sucked, I dropped novice doc for additional damage in carbineer. I tried pistoleer 0004 but didn't like it and was missing the extra damage. The only good thing about doc was healing wounds. My heals did drop a bit but am looking for some nice clothes to bump it back up.

Yes I do but when a jedi (like the one I fought last night) hits for 800 (and that is after armor and mitigation)every 3-5 seconds all I would be doing is healing.

I am an MBH MCM Pistoleer ---4. I love it nothing is better then getting the defenses and having a jedi loaded with dotswho tries to run and you do a stopping shot.
