Here's a new way for ya though: You go and sit down at your desk, and actually PLAY THE GAME! - I know it might come as a shock that it's a possibility, but you should try it out sometime.

Ok, buy/make a bunch of AE poisons.
Go to tatooine and shoot a kreetle lair untill it empties.
Peace so you don't kill any of them.
Begin spamming AE poison on the kreetles.
I'm getting 378 medic xp/kreetle while afk..

Well, i am a master doctor. So I just went out and did buffs and mastered all the medical exp trees in like 4 hrs.
