Can master combat Medics register on the planetary map?


I tried and it said I have insufficient skills....if this is the case...that sucks as the only way you can use the whole plaetary register bonuses in Factional Bases.....and if only doctors can use the map and get bonuses in the Factional Bases...that sucks as it is a FIELD hospital....where combat medics hang out.


Or maybe I am not getting this whole planetary map thing.

as far as i know, CMs can place hospitals, but can't register at med cens. kinda silly

yeah i found that out but i am going 0240 doc to be able to buff so I was able to register at a factional base. Thanks for the help.
