the havla on eclipse has i think around 10# stats for 27 uses
but havla is still bugged, i can only buff about 2 people (in like 20 secs), and then it runs out for some reason, its still buggy but excelent when u need to buff for example your pvp group after they took a trip from the cloning facility or just got revived
