Fairly lame excuse to drop a profession. Even if you pick up MCM you still will be useless against mind poisons. If you pick up master medic then doctor 2/0/0/0 you can cure large chunks of a poison at will with a well made cure A pack. Knocking a 600 tick poison down to 100 per tick is a significant hit to the dps can can be proved negligible with a double shot of brandy. You'd still be able tohold on to masterbrawler and master fencer but not much else. Add to the fact that from what I've seen the heavy PvP'ers aren't master CM's but 4/0/0/4 and their mind poisons aren't as powerful as they could be and would really take a hit with a cure A pack.
Before I mastered rifleman 2/0/0/0 doc is what I used to great effect to cancel out another CM. I made a macro specifically for it to clear my combat quene, /curepoison, then 2 /headshot3 's in case I was slow or my hands were too busy to slap my attack hotkey. Unfortunately now that I'm MCM/RM I dont have enough points to get novice doctor and cure simple states like dizzy and blind ![]()
Having just novice doctor and being able to cancel a dizzy makes for great PvP support...why cant we have some state cure?
