My gut reaction was that these are nice, but useless. But as I typed out this post, I changed my mind about them (when I realized they would match well with spider venom and bile)...
Those are exceptionally nice and would make some nice poisons, but only for limited situations. Craftable advanced resilience compounds are mostly overkill already. Fairly well made ones will get you a potency above 100, which in the current framework of the game will suffice for 95% of what you are doing. Furthermore, duration is already "too long" for PvP combat (when is the last time a poison naturally ran out in combat), so the extra 2 or 3 minutes you get from using one of these is not needed for PvP.
So in practice these are only really useful for PvE combat against a creature you expect to fight for more than4 minutes. Cross that with the fact that it is cumbersome to carry around two sets of poisons (an ordinary one and a long lasting exceptional one), and the limited uses of poisons, and this isn't as good as it should be in general.
However, if you match them with a strong spider venom and a strong rancor bile, you will have an exceptionally good PvE poison (albeit short ranged) for taking down those 250K HAM creatures. How much that is worth to people though is another question though.
You can probably sell them to the right buyer for a good price. However, much like most combat medic items, it will take a while to find the right buyer, especially as I said, the likely initial reaction of a combat medic would be "what will I ever use this for"?

I agree with what was stated. To recapwhile vastly supieror to anything CMs can make, it doesn't serve much function in PvP. However the duration is VERY interesting.Combo it with Venom and Bile to get a powerfullong duration poisonwith many charges.
Take the time to find the right buyer (one who won't use it in PvP).

You could always make a disease that lasts for 2-3 hours.
It doesn't quite work that way, Bamboozle. I believe that 1 duration on a RC adds one duration to the final combine, meaning that this component will add about 2 or 3 minutes to either a poison or a disease. Since poisons naturally last about 2 minutes, and diseases naturally last around 12 minutes, it seems like a waste to put such a long duration component into a disease, where the extra 2 minutes will barely be noticed...

You're right.
Got a bit carried away when I thought of tossing a disease at a krayt and then come back two hours later to loot it.
