nobody on infinity sells desease packs, all cm vendors are empty or just maybe sell some area and ranged stims

so my question is where do i get those components, i cant craft myself or?

disperal mechasm
resiliance compound
imfection implier
fungi

?????????

and whgat people always talking about spider venoms and rancor biles
what use are they how can i use them ?

You can make the infection amps, resiliance compounds and dispersal mechanisms. The advanced versions will make much better packs. The other ingredients you can buy or harvest yourself.

Rancor bile replaces the dispersal mechanism. It adds charges to packs at the cost of range. Spider venom is used in place of infection amplifiers. It makes for higher power packs.

Honestly, given the specialization behind combat medicines, I say your best bet would be to harvest your own resources and start making your own packs. This means you always know you can get packs when you need it. If crafting isn't your thing though, you might want to check the creator of those ranged and area stims, and email them a request to see if they can make a few components, poisons, or diseases.

I will point out that you are much more likely to be able to buy finished poisons and diseases than components. For that matter, you are likely more likely be able to buy raw resources that components. It is cumbersome to craft and sell large amounts of crafting components...

where do you get the spider venom from? obviously spiders but what planet and what ones?

As written in the FAQ stickied on the forums (hint, hint, hint... ):

A: Spider Venom is obtained from the Fire Breathing Spider inside the Geonosian Bio-Lab/Cave/Dungeon on Yavin. It replaces the Infection Amplifier(Regular/Advanced) during the crafting stage. This will usually raise the Effectiveness greatly. These aren't as common as they once were, but can still be found.
