Combat Medic Archive

Hey all. I am currently working on Combat medic and am going to make my own items. At the moment I am extremely new to crafting my own items and was wondering what resources do I all need to start crafting decent products? I dont need the "specific" resources, just the general resources I can stockpile to create my own packs. I keep buying the wrong stuff for some reason.
