Ok, so i tricked ya. But i knew if i just put Macro question you all would sail over it without blinking. Cut a guy a break for trying.
I know, I just have 4-0-0-0 CM but i had a question about setting the macro up. I noticed in the Ctrl + A icon list that advanced bactra spray is listed as /bactraspray_2. Does this need to be typed in when setting the macro up? Or does the /bactaspray actually just go to the highest action you are qualified for?
Another question. Like i said i am 4-0-0-0 but i am seriously considering 1-0-0-3 for the paralize special. Will i get enough use out of paralyze and thyroid drain to offset the healing loss? This template is intended to counter Jedi.....in pvp.

You tricky person you ... i stand FOILED again !
Anyways, 1st answer, just /bactaspray will do... only the highest setting will be used...
2nd answer, i don't think it will be that good for you. I am a MCM and i would be lost without paralyse, but the thing is that paralyse lasts 12 seconds for a master and tyrhoid about 2 minutes and at intermediate level i believe stick rate andduration time are quite reduced. Personally i would stick with the heals but it truly is a question of preference over functionality.
Hope this answers a little of your question
Cheers,
Fesse

Another down side of /paralyze against jedi, is that they can still heal themselves while paralyzed (they are the only ones who can). It's a great skill to use if you are willing to let both of you heal up and start again...but if you are giving up most of your healing power, You actually give him the advantage. Stick with you heals.

But isn't the basic idea against Jedi to make them run out of force. They can heal so fast anyway, I find it more likely I will need the extra time to get healed. So I would think it would be worth it to let them heal while you get back out of their saber throw range.

Ok, so i have a vote for Paralyze and a vote against. I see both sides and here is my opinion on the subject.
The more opinions the merrier.

/agreed and I'll probably conceed to your point. I'm not a jedi hunter and don't have very good jedi fighting tactics. I just noticed that my regular PvP tactic is worthless with jedi. The /paralyze IS a great kiting tool, which is very useful to stay out of a jedi's range.
