is CM now a skill based profession like Doc, or does CM still need meds?

I was trying to use the enhancers by just clicking on them, and got "invalid target" messages. Do they work if done through this macro, or do you need to put a target self in there?

Its skill based but you can use enchanchers to make your heals or dots stronger.

that means if I have those enhancers in my backpack and i click the macro to heal, it automatically will use the enhancers?
